A:We have the vedio of chairs’installation.It will be sent to
you.We can also conduct the process of installation by phone.
2.Q:How long is the product warranty peorid?
A:We will provide 5 year warranty to our original purchaser of new
products from the
date of use the product.
3.Q: What's delivery time?
A: Normally delivery time for one 40HQ is 15 days after receving
deposit, depend on which model you are ordered;
4.Q:What are the payment terms?
A:30% down payment in T/T before production,70% balance upon
production completion.
15 days free storage will be offered in case of any delay on
shipping.More than 15 days storage will be charged.
